REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

All Entrants are strongly encouraged to pre-register for Kingdom and Regional Art/Sci Faires.  The Pre-registration form can be found online at here.

All entries must fall between 500 CE and 1650 CE. Entries that date from earlier than 500 CE or later than 1650 CE will not be judged. Entries falsely labeled as falling between 500 CE and 1650 CE will be disqualified.

Entrants who have multiple entries, MUST complete a separate registration for each entry. This is to ensure proper and complete registration within our tracking system.

All entrants must provide their full SCA name at the time of registration. This is to aid our scribes with any scrolls or awards that will be administered. All judging forms are listed as anonymous entries and are identified by the Art/Sci ID # only

If Entrant is Pre-registered:

Upon Arriving at the pre-registration table, please provide your Art/Sci ID#.  You will be given your folder.

In your folder you should receive:

FOR ALL ENTRANTS:

At the closing of the art/sci competition, please first clean up and remove your art/sci entry from the table.  Then retrieve your art/sci folder which will include your judging forms and any merits awarded.  This will NOT include any non-pariels or other acclaims as these will be announced in court.
